a weekend in Chicago
Biking from downtown along the lakefront, then cutting through the city gives a great introduction to Chicago. Wandering through Boystown, a little shopping, stopped whenever something caught our attention, and covered far more ground than we ever would have on foot.
out & about
Some of my favorite parts are the places where the city got a little quieter. The Lincoln Park Conservatory, the Alfred Caldwell Lily Pool, Montrose Bird Sanctuary, and Keith Haring sculpture in the AIDS Garden.

Lily Allen at the incredible Chicago Theatre, and Robyn—one of the greatest shows i’ve ever seen. Chicago provides plenty of good reasons to stay out late.
